NEW STUDENTS TO SMS
HOW DO I REGISTER MY NEW STUDENT ONLINE?
To complete the registration process you will need to complete the following steps (NEW STUDENTS ONLY--Not for students moving from Davis to Sager or Sager to CPHS. See above for returning students):
Fill out a Skyward Family Access Form (Completo Solicitud para Skyward Acceso Familiar)
Once completed you will receive your Skyward Login information via email from our school staff to complete your student's online application.
Login to Skyward to complete the online application (Skyward Instructions: English/Spanish)
WE ALSO NEED THE FOLLOWING FROM YOU
A copy showing proof of residency in the College Place School District.(copy of utility bill)
Copy of Immunization history. Make sure to read the letter from the School Nurse regarding new laws for immunizations.
