We will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week next week with a new theme each day! Make sure to join in on the fun! Red Ribbon Week promotes a safe and healthy enviornment that educates students about drug free choices! Also, we will be having our 1st Walking School Bus of the year this Friday! Meet at 8:20 @ 327 South College Ave Blaze will be greeting students in the front of the building, and we will have healthy snacks and music on the playground to start the day! Parents are welcome to walk with their students to school

It's Homecoming week for our CPHS students. Consider joining in the fun in supporting our former Dragons by attending the Football game on Friday night October, 18th @ 7 pm. We would love to see the Dragon Spirit in the stands rooting for our Hawks. Es la semana de regreso a casa para nuestros estudiantes de CPHS. Learning is tough work—and kids need fuel if they’re going to learn! That’s why a healthy midday meal is crucial to the growing children who go to school. Since 1962, when President John F. Kennedy created National School Lunch Week (NSLW), this annual observance has promoted the importance of a healthy school lunch in a child’s life and the impact it has both in and out of the classroom.

National Custodian Appreciation Day! A huge THANK YOU to our Custodians who do a fantastic job to keep our buildings, landscapes, parking lots looking fresh and clean here at CPPS. We truly appreciate your work!

October is National Principals Month! It’s time to celebrate and honor the incredible work our principals do every day, transforming our schools and impacting lives. Let’s come together to express our gratitude and showcase the difference they make.
