Sixth, seventh, and eighth grade Sager STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) students have an exciting opportunity to attend the Mathematics Engineering and Science Achievement (MESA) event at Columbia Basic College in Pasco on March 23, from 7:45 - 3:00 pm.
This is an engineering challenge competition that allows STEM students from the Walla Walla, Tri-Cities, and Yakima valley areas to showcase their created project designs completed in their classes. In addition to the competition they will have an opportunity to engage and explore additional STEM experiences as well as be exposed to STEM careers.
All information on this fun filled event has been sent home with STEM students. If you are interested in chaperoning//supervising students, please contact your students STEM teacher. Thank you in advance for helping support your child in this engineering endeavor.
